  1. Acknowledging franchise partners as valued
  2. Remember franchise partners names
  3. Be willing to get feedback from franchise partners before implementing any major product changes
  4. Be willing to get feedback from franchise partners before implementing any major marketing campaign changes
  5. Set up processes for franchisees to learn from each other (e.g. monthly networking breakfasts)
  6. Use stand-up meetings
  7. Encourage high performing staff to buy a franchise territory
  8. Use a marketing fund for marketing activities only and be transparent on how things are spent
  9. Use existing high performing franchisees as field managers
  10. Communicate to franchise partners in multiple ways (e.g. newsletters, Facebook groups, WhatsApp, phone and field managers)
