Franchise ED’s Support Office Program founder, Soula Van Kooy has been associated with franchising for many years, initially running a Master Franchise for 12 years and thereafter as the Head of Training in their corporate office. Since then, she played an integral part at the Franchise Council of Australia, responsible for membership,  the NextGen Program for emerging brands and was Head of their Certified Franchise Executive Program of which she is a graduate.
