How to navigate this online short course
It’s recommended to complete each module before moving onto the next, and to complete each module in order.
Below is a list of the features included in each of the modules.
Learning Outcomes
This is the section you are now in and provides an overview of how the unit and web site are organised. It also provides participants with a suggested learning strategy to use when working through the unit content.
Content Video
Each module contains a video presentation. This presentation contains the key information for the module. You will need to understand this information in order to complete the Learning Activities and Module Self Assessment Quiz.
Learning Activities
A list of activities is included in each module, to help apply the information covered in the video presentation to a practical situation. The activities are designed to assist you to apply the information for greater understanding, and will assist you with running a business and/or assessing a business opportunity and are generally tasks you would usually complete as part of these processes.
Self Assessment Quiz
At the end of each module is a self assessment quiz to test your understanding of the content delivered in that module. You will need to complete all videos, readings and activities in order to complete the quiz. Upon successful completion of the quiz (with a score of 85% or higher) you will receive a Certificate of Completion and be able to advance to the next module.

How long will it take to complete each module? The modules vary in length, although you should be able to work through the content of each module within an hour. Some of the learning activities may require you to speak to people, such as advisers or a franchisor, as well as complete tasks, so may take longer.Who do I contact if I have any issues while completing this eClass series? If you encounter any issues while completing any of the eClass modules please contact the Centre. How long do I have to complete this eClass series? You may need to contact your franchisor to confirm the subscription date if you are access these modules as part of an unlimited user package. What happens if I forget my password to access the modules? Do I need to purchase any textbooks? Have a question not included here? |
